With nearly three decades in gastroenterology, I’ve seen how most AI tools enter healthcare with strong technology but limited understanding of real clinical practice. Many systems increase clicks, interfere with the physicians’ workflow, and fail to understand the way doctors think.

This gap is what pushed me to build a physician-led approach to medical AI. My experience leading FDA Phase 1–4 clinical trials taught me that medical decisions demand traceability, verification, and accountability — principles largely missing from today’s medical AI.

I did not want another system that generates answers. I wanted technology that thinks like a physician, validates like a clinical trial, and supports — not replaces — medical expertise.
